Acceptable Use Policy
This acceptable use policy sets out the rules for using JannatIT hosting services fairly and lawfully. It applies to all of our services, including Admin RDP, Private RDP, Linux VPS, cPanel hosting, Reseller hosting, Dedicated servers, Domains, and Business Email. By using our services, you agree to follow this policy alongside our Terms of Service. If you see a service being misused, you can report it on our Report abuse page.
Use our services fairly
Our services are provided for legitimate hosting use. Use them in a way that respects other customers, other internet users, and the law. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including anything done by people you allow to use your service, such as your own customers if you resell hosting. If you offer services to others using our platform, make sure they also follow these rules.
Prohibited uses
You must not use our services for illegal activity of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, hosting phishing pages, distributing malware or viruses, attacking or probing other systems, committing fraud, and hosting or sharing content that breaks the law. You must not use our services to harass, threaten, or harm others, or to mislead people, for example by pretending to be someone you are not. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to anyone else’s systems.
Shared resources
Some of our services share resources between customers. Do not use a service in a way that unfairly harms other users, for example by deliberately consuming shared resources to the point that other customers’ services stop working properly, or by running activity that disrupts the network. If your legitimate use grows to the point where it regularly affects others, our support team may discuss a more suitable plan with you, such as moving to a larger service with dedicated resources.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the content you store, publish, or send through our services. Do not host or distribute content that you do not have the right to share, or that breaks the law. If we receive a credible complaint that content on our platform breaks the law or this policy, we will review it and may remove the content or suspend the service while the matter is checked. If you believe content has been flagged in error, contact our support team through the Contact page so it can be reviewed.
If a rule is broken
If we find that an account breaks this hosting acceptable use policy, we may warn the account holder, suspend the service, or close the account, depending on how serious the violation is. Serious abuse, such as phishing, malware, or attacks on other systems, may lead to immediate suspension. Where possible, we will explain what happened and what needs to change. Repeated violations may lead to permanent closure. Our support team provides 24/7 human support, and if you are unsure whether a planned use of our services is allowed, ask us first through the Contact page — we would rather answer the question in advance than deal with a problem afterwards.
