Refund Policy

This refund policy explains what happens if a JannatIT server does not work. We want the rule to be simple and clear: if a server does not work, a refund will be given. This page explains how to ask for a refund and how we check the problem, so you know exactly what to expect.

Our refund rule

If a server you ordered from JannatIT does not work, you are entitled to a refund. This is the core of our JannatIT refund promise, and it applies to our server services, including Admin RDP, Private RDP, Linux VPS, and Dedicated servers. A server that does not work means the service itself is not functioning as it should — for example, you cannot access a server that should be available to you. If you are unsure whether your problem counts as a server not working, contact our support team and describe what is happening, and we will look into it with you.

How to ask for a refund

To ask for a refund, contact our support team through the channels listed on our Contact page. In your message, include your order details and a clear description of the problem: which service is affected, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If there is an error message, include it, and if the problem is visible on screen, a screenshot is helpful. A clear description helps our team verify the problem quickly, without repeated back-and-forth questions.

What we check

Once we receive your request, our team verifies the problem. We check the service concerned to confirm whether the server is working or not. This step matters because some problems have causes outside the server itself, such as a mistake in the connection details being used, and those can often be fixed directly with support. If our check confirms that the server is not working, a refund is given. If the check shows the server is working and the problem lies elsewhere, our support team will explain what was found and help you resolve it, so you are not left without an answer either way.

After a refund is given

When a refund is given because a server is not working, the service concerned will no longer be available to you, since the refund returns the payment for that service. If you still need hosting, our support team can help you choose another plan or service that fits your needs, and you can place a fresh order for it. If you have questions about any part of this process, contact us through the Contact page and we will explain it plainly.

Questions about refunds

This page states our refund rule for a server that does not work. If your situation is different, or if you are unsure how this policy applies to you, the best step is to contact our support team with your order details and a description of what happened. We provide 24/7 human support, so you can raise the question at any time, and we will give you a clear answer based on your case.

Illegal use: termination with no refund

Please note that this is an admin RDP so you can use any software/application. But any illegal use like spamming, scamming, piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, exploitive software, or text that educates or encourages this activity and/or use is not allowed, and if found it will result in termination with no refund whatsoever given.
